To promote their workplace based personality test software, NICE and Ogilvy worked alongside Swamp Motel to build a real-world interactive experience as a vehicle to bring the online personality quiz to real people on a weekday afternoon in Bluewater.

Our booth, complete with a living, artificially-breathing android presented shoppers with a condensed version of the test which the robot guided them through personally. Played by an actor with exceptional physicality - the android was able to surprise people, interact with them and keep them guessing and how everything worked, all whilst exciting passers-by about the software. Swamp Motel provided an edited script to ensure the questions worked outside the workplace with the passing shoppers and ensured that the performer playing the robot had a deep understanding of the service as well as tailoring his improvisational talent to create an engaging and credible character.
